Varje projekt dokumenteras. När det är klart får du foton, video när det är möjligt, och en kort skriftlig rapport — ofta med GPS-koordinater eller namnet på skolan, byn eller familjen.
Mat- och korandistributioner slutförs oftast inom några veckor. Brunnar tar längre tid — vanligtvis en till tre månader beroende på borrförhållanden. Qurbani utförs under de föreskrivna dagarna eller, för beställningar året runt, inom två veckor.
